Hello to all!

I joined in the hopes that someone can help me with the title of a
horror movie from the 80s (I believe) that I've forgotten.

The plot involves a group of campers being hunted by a freakish
being in a dense forest.
I know, that covers the plot of probably about 72 movies, but wait... there's more.

One memorable scene involved a guy eating magic mushrooms and
climbing a huge redwood(?) tree.

Could anyone out there please help?

Thanks... but that's not the one. A good show, nontheless. The flick I'm in search
of definitely has a multiple-word title. I'm glad you mentioned Prophecy, though;
I remember being scared sh#*less by that flick when I was young. I'll be adding that one to my collection very, very soon!

I don't know why, but the "mushroom tree climbing" scene just stuck with me;
more than likely it's because of my acrophobia!

The Company of Wolves (1984) by a Neil Jordan I think? I haven't seen it but in something that I red it has redwood trees and a guy taking mushrooms. So hope it helps if not then sorry.Oh and Hi.
