Best Horror series ever
 

What does everybody think the best horror vdeogame series is , I personnally think it has to be Resident Evil.

I haven't played to many horrorgames, but yes res evil scares the crap out of me sometimes

I remember in res evil 2 I was walking in the clocktower, watching for zombies when allof a sudden birds fly through the windows, allot of noize, scared the crap out of me

Most of the 'series' games aren't as good as some of the alone ones, in my opinion. But of the series... Silent Hill.

I never played Silent Hill but i heard it was real good

Resident evil topps it off for me love these games haven't yet to play the ones on gamecube but loking @ buying one so that i kan :)

Eternal Darkness.
 

Eternal Darkness. I beat all of the resident evils, ans they just kept getting worse and worse. Eternal Darkness stands on its own for me.

Story
 

I think that the story in resident evil is simpler than the one in Silent Hill(s), but that doesn't make it better. I think that the movie adaptation will be way scarier than resident evil. And there probably won't be any snap-kicking of dog's in slow motion. At least I hope there won't be.

You never really figure out the story until Silent Hill 3. No spoilers.

I would have to say that its a toss up for me. I can't decide between Silent Hill and Res Evil. They both have their intensities. They're different sort of stories. They both contain zombies. I can't decide.

Fatal Frame, anyone? How's the second one?
