Life works in crazy ways
 

This is sortof another *me* thread, but I really wanted to share this... As some of you know, I was adopted. My parents told me at a young age so i've always understood and been very accepting of it. Today, after my mom buried the cat, she told me that my birth father had a medical problem a few years ago and that all the kids of his were contacted so they could get checked up and make sure they didn't have the same problem. We don't.

That's right. I have brothers and sisters :D
I've been an only child all my life, and now I find out that I have siblings. It's an amazing feeling, and I have no idea what to think about it. I'm excited and confused, but it amazes me. Life is so random that sometimes you just have to sit back and smile.



Feel free to share any crazy life stories like mine, I just really wanted to vent that.

Wow. That's really cool. Do you know their names so you could get in touch? That must be so cool. Kinda like when a guy who gave sperm finds an 18 year old on their door step with the same DNA as them. Only without the screaming.

I don't know anything about them. I just know that they exist. I'm not sure if i'm ready to meet them. But soon.

Cool. Well, when you're ready, at least you know someone knows how to get into contact with them.

That's pretty bad ass. I love having my two brothers. They are basically my life so it will be cool for you to meet them when you are ready.

Did your mum mention thier ages?names? anything..
It seems scary right now but I bet they would be just as shocked but very
exciting about someday finding out about and meeting you.

So. My dad was pretty sex crazy apparently. Hahaha.... He was married at 20, still in high school, and had an affair with my mom, when he already had 2 kids. I have 4 half brothers, and we don't even know if my birth dad's wife knows about the affair. So when I show up, there may be a bit of.... conflict. lol
