Need help finding these movies
 

Hi all. I'm looking for two movies I saw as a kid in the early 70's. Hope y'all can help. In one of them, I remember a horse-drawn carriage riding through the forest on the way to a castle, I think. Along the way, there were body parts hanging from the trees and impaled on posts. Then later I remember that they had a guy drawn and quartered where they tied his arms and legs to horses and well, you can imagine what happened next. I seem to think this is a Vincent Price movie but cant put my finger on it.

Ok in the other movie it was some kind of doctor or evil scientist that invented some kind of serum that turned him in to a monster. It had a long nose and thats all I can remember. I think it was called Zot! or Zap! or something like that.
