Wouldn't be surprised if you did. Lots of fun stuff in that movie.
I bet it was easier to get the rights for the Necronomicon than Freddy's glove. |
I haven't seen Jason Goes to Hell (is it anything like Ernest Goes to Jail?) but the necronomicon was not created for the Evil Dead. It was created by H.P. Lovecraft in his stories. The name "Necronomicon" has become such a part of the horror lexicon I doubt you have to ask anyone to use the word. Nevertheless, you wouldn't have to ask Sam Raimi for permission to use Lovecraft's term.

Yes, the book made an appearance, as did the knife seen briefly in evil dead. |

:p Jason goes to hell is just another Jason movie, just with elements of humor and more creativity than most of the other jason movies. Enjoyed it very much. |

**SPOILER** You liked the idea to see 'Jason's soul or whatever in other people's body' or enjoyed to see him as a SHIT like creature at the end?! The whole movie sucks....worst of the series! |
I thought it was the second best in the series, the original being the best.
Finally a new take on Friday the 13. I don't have any warm feelings for the Jason franchise, so yes, i DID enjoy the jason possesions and watching him as a "shit like creature" at the end. :) |

But in case of a 'new take' I think Part 5 was better...where someone take vengeances by using Jason's image. |
here is a pic of it.
i took it right off of my dvd. http://i306.photobucket.com/albums/n...ildeadbook.jpg |
