Roger Corman (low budget horror hero)

I have recently began watching the older horror movies from the 20's-60's and I have come to the conclusion that Roger corman is the greatest low budget horror director of all time.

Well, he never lost a dime. Can't argue with that. I love his Poe era.

Corman and William Shatner actually filmed a movie in my hometown (The Intruder AKA Shame). Everything was going pretty good until the redneck locals learned it was about race relations and practically ran the "nigger lovers" off at gunpoint. Corman mentions it on interviews every now and then and it always gets a laugh.

I always liked The Man With X-Ray Eyes best. The end was just so creepy, and the original ending sounds even better.
