Another Newbie can't remember a title
 
Hi! I'm new to the forum and I'm trying to find the name of a film...

I only caught the first part half an hour. Girl is recovering from eye injury/Surgery. Bandages get removed and she can see dead people. Little boy outside house and woman and baby in restaurant.

I thought it was Ju-on, but it wasn't. I think it's another one that was made into another melodramatic western version. Can someone please help a frustrated videogames geek?
