Help Finding A Film
 

Alright, this one has me stumped.

My friend came over, and I asked him had he ever seen the SaW movies. He was going on about how gory they were. In fact, he had not seen it. I asked him why. I got a rather odd response from him about a movie his dad had seen:

He thinks he saw it in another country a while back. It had a scene where a woman was tied to a table or wall and was being killed by someone using a buzz-saw on her.

According to the guy, they "didn't have special effects like that back then. IT WAS REAL!!!!".

Now, seeing as I seriously don't believe it was real, I want to find this movie and show my friend. He's having a hard time wrapping his head around this.

Keep in mind, this is supposedly an older film. Not sure how much older though. It was the final scene I believe.

Please help me find this.
