i would have to say "groovy" ash says it in evil dead 2 and army of darkness (kind of shity one but it stuck in my head)

my favourite one-liner, is a toss up between "hey! it's a kind of magic!" or "that hit the spot"

from highlander and the running man respectively. although i wouldn't really say either of them are horror films
