Poet Recommendations

Hey guys,

I have to do a Uni paper on a living poet but I haven't a foggiest who to do it on. It has to be a living poet and most of my faves are sadly dead and buried. Would be cool if you could throw some suggestions my way, may save me time scrolling through webpages etc :p Thanks in advance.

Wish I'd seen this earlier. Lawrence Ferlinghetti's still alive. And Pinsky. Though I don't much care for him.
