Movie identification question
 

This movie was seen on tv around 1972-4. Can anyone help me identify it? I remember only one scene:

A girl/woman is running away from someone through a building. She stops to catch her breath in a garage/basement. Then she notices right next to her some drapery moving/blowing in some wind, and under it is a body or a statue standing upright. She screams and runs out into the street.

Does anyone have any idea at all what this could be? Help me solve this 30+ year old mystery.
