Please Help Me Find This Movie...
 

My girlfried and her mother remeber a movie a while back about this
girl who has a birthday party, and her hair catches on fire..which causes
all the party-goers to laugh at her...and as a result of the teasing she starts to kill all of them one by one over the course of the film.

Sorry thats all they can remeber...i'd love to get this for them
as a surprise.

So any help would be greatly appreciated

I think it's 'Happy Birthday to Me'

they says that the hair catching on fire does not show up but in the end in the form of a flash back...and also something about a guy behind the fridge dead

they also say that the party happened when the girl was young and that she does not start killing them untill she is older and the kids (now older) had forgotten all about the incident
