Horror.com Forums - Talk about horror. - Need Title of Possible Eearly 80's Horror

I saw the end of this movie a long time ago on First Choice when I was a kid. Here's how the final scenes play out:

An operation is underway to put a man together made of different body parts. It comes to life and starts attacking the surgeons and I believe the body is ripped apart.

An angry mob then storms the hospital and the final scene takes place in a room with a scientist a large computer which looks like some sort of prism. The computer keeps repeating something like "to be a god ... a light .. a god.. alight"
The movie ends.

If anyone recognizes this, please let me know the title!
