This is a nine minute clip of a film I made a few years ago. The landlord is played by Alex Safi who has gone on to have success as a legitimate feature film actor (see www.imdb.com "Alex Safi"). The original title of the movie was Disposal of a Corpse, but I have posted it on Google as "A Corpse in the Attic".
