Help---know this movie with a Killer Doll?
 

No, not Chucky or Chucky's bride....(etc.). This movie was B&W and was made in the 50's or 60's. If certain people/person(s) fell asleep on the sofa or voluntarally stayed the night.......a voodoo doll would come to life.......& shuffle around the home. It would find a knitting needle and drive it thru the ear and into the brain of sleeping visitors, killing them.
Pretty scary for a lil' boy of 6 (at the time).

The movie you just described isn't The Gate either. You just mentioned a cross between the two movies, Trick Or Treat and The Gate.
