Relaxing

I mean we all do it right? And if we don't we sure as hell should right? well how do/would you relax?

I know toking always gets me relaxed but I add either music or playing computer games to the mix. ( Especially car racing games, totally wraps your head around it. ).

Cooking does the same thing. I will just disapear into the kitchen and work on something.

When i get into that mood..
i like to soak in a hot scented bubble bath until the water goes cold..
wrap myself in a robe ..walk into my room..turn off the lights and
put my headphones on .and lay back on my bed ..just listening to my music.
Laying in the darkness seems to soothe me to the max..especially when
em deep in thought :)

Burnin' weed does it....but also makes me totally not wanna go to work...the whole "they'll know" factor.
I prefer vaporisation for an even more relaxed feeling.

Hot tea

Walking through the rain

Deep breathing

Storms

The cooking thing, of course is kinda relaxing...specifically either knifework, or working on sauces...

The rain ones are definitely up there, but hard to do on command. I'm big on candlelit baths and candles in general. I also do guided imagery and meditation. I think the most relaxing are games you need to pay enough attention to to stop the mind chatter, but are not adrenaline inducing (like most video games I play). For relaxing I love Sudoku and Mah Jhong. With my job I need all the stress relief I can get!

Oh man. I admire you for being able to handle that job. I would love to work in a field that allowed me to help make a difference in a person's life, but I know damn good and well that I don't have the right stuff for it.
