The only good thing about The Dominion was that Jeffrey Combs was their mouthpiece. He could come on screen and rape babies to death, I'd still love the character. Hell, I'd probably love him more.

No, it's called a bait-and-switch

Here's an example. If somebody were to make a thread called something like... "You're a Dick!" and then when you clicked on it said "If your name is Richard!". Same type of deal. You post a thread with a title that gets it noticed and then talk about something else.

Yeah, Quark was the guy who ran the bar. The guy playing him also played the Principle on Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Quark....he was that little guy, that ass-goblin with the funny big ears. Either he's trying to sell something or he's trying to entice someone into a little wagering game, or he wants to do it with some hot alien chick who might be tempted by his money.
