Why isn't anyone helping? I have a very hard time making such decisions and I'm nervous about making the correct choice....

I would say the first one is better.

I would look into getting better ones taken though. Look at a bunch of photgraphers and find the one who takes the most professional looking headshots. Not that it's a horrible headshot or anything, just trying to say that it's important to haev a really great headshot down the line.

Thanks for the advice. The headshots were done with a very good professional photgrapher, the problem is that I used my cheap-ass scanner to copy a tiny proof and enlarge it to put on here. That's why the quality is so bad on the page. I'm trying to decide which one to buy in 8X10 form.

Yeah, I think the first one is definitely the one you should use. I like to think I have good taste when it comes to photography.
