that would be cool if they had a horror based cartoon on tv like Cartoon Network late nite, it would be a good idea, they could use Jason and Freddy and several other slasher villains and maybe just make some up, I would definitely watch it

They have Beetlejuice on Cartoon Network. That's the closest thing to a horror cartoon I've seen.

If you look into Japanese anime, I'm sure you can find plenty of horror cartoons.

Vampire Hunter D is still my all time fav.

Check out Petshop of Horrors... it's a really cool horror anime.
