short scripts
 

I've written low grade, boring fetish material for years to make a few bucks but in the last several years have done a series of dark humored, horror shorts with a damsel-in-distress theme. I know how to write cheap, meaning, very few characters and very basic settings but still have a decent story. My most recent piece to soon be released is REALITY TO THE MAX, (see www.myspace.com/realitytothemax for a trailer).

It's about a misguided but still likeable sociopathic couple who try to use their sexual predator skills to film a television pilot for reality TV to pitch to network execs depicting how easy it is to lure innocent, unsuspecting women into a trap. Things don't go well, especially for the victim who is cast against her will.

Anyway, I do a lot of this kind of thing. I've had others produced but this is the latest.

Anyone out there who wants to consider these short 10 to 20 minute thrillers, feel free to get in touch with me. The price is "yours for the asking". I love to write and don't want to be bothered with $$$$ issues at this time.

Make the money count, seriously. If want to be treated like a pro, you have to present yourself as a pro. Don't ever be a dick about it, but it is important to understand your market value.

I agree. Don't sell yourself short. There's money to be made in writing. I've made a very good living for the past twenty years doing nothing but writing. My books have run the gamet from romantic suspense to supernatural and now to mainstream thrillers. Of course, there's also something to be said for writing just because you love it, and it sounds like you do. I'll check out your new story on your myspace. Sounds right up my alley.
