Comfortably Numb - Scissor Sisters

I was just going to post this in the "What Song Are You Listening To" thread...but man, deserves its own thread. Not really because its a good cover, just because its so damn weird.

Has anyone else heared it? My girlfriend is a big fan of Scissor Sisters, so I decided to download some of their stuff. Came across this and had to check it out....not sure if I like it or not. It's obviously not as good as the original (Is that even possible?), but it's still pretty interesting to listen to. Couldnt be much more different than the Pink Floyd version...

Yeah, I've heard it...you're right, it was a pretty unusual kind've cover, without being completely shithouse, it was different.
I like the band...some of their old stuff and new stuff, mainly because their lyrics make me laugh, and the mixture of styles...decent band.

My Pink Floyd cover is the Melvins version of Interstellar Overdrive. I'm not really a fan of PF or those Scissor kids tho.

:D I agree, it's weird!

I love Pink Floyd and changed the station halfway through this cover...
