im making a new sig picture, and the forums limit is 19 KB. my picture is 22 KB. how can i make it a smaller file without really destorying the picture's qaulity?

You could always try an optimizer. Is it a gif, jpg... ?

deposable, your picture is bigger than allowed, how did you get it to do that?
