Slither and See No Evil
These two weren't bad for what they were. They both had some great moments.
The guy who wrote and directed Slither also wrote "Tromeo and Juliet" a great Troma movie. Tromeo and Juliet is filled with alot of great cheesy gore. |

I liked Slither...cringe and laugh-worthy.
That, and I think that Nathan Fillion is pretty well suited to this type of film. It felt oldskool, kinda creepshow-ish. No problems really, it was good, not great, and I can't help but feel as though it ended pretty abruptly. Worth a watch, for sure. The other one, I can't comment on. That's the Kane one hm? |
Yep. I didn't know who Kane was till I read the box. Don't worry, he doesn't really have to act. There's some nice gore in it, it has some jump moments (I love jump moments) the actors are nice to look at. It's better than most of the garbage that direct to dvd.
How much do I like jump moments? I've seen the original Carrie at least 10 times, and you know what's coming when Amy Irving is at the gravesite, yet it gets me every time. |
