New to Horror.................

I've always been a huge horror fan and have seen my share of horror movies, but after discovering this site and several others I think I have been missing out on a lot of great movies. Since I'm only 16 I seem to have missed several movies that are classics made in the 70's or 80's. If you could I would like some opinions of the movies I list below and if you could tell me if they are worth renting or a must buy........thanks for any help. Going by the list below if there are any other horror movies you think I should check out please list them.

Black Christmas
Cannibal Holocaust
A Clockwork Orange
Demons
Event Horizon
Evil Dead 1 and 2
Final Destination 1 and 2
The Hills Have Eyes
I Spit on Your Grave
Last House on the Left
Poltergeist
Session 9
The Ugly

edit: Really interested in Cannibal Holocaust

Great list, all of those should be required viewing actually. But, if you're tight on money you could leave out Final Destination(s).

As for must-buys, hmmm......strictly IMO, "Last House on the Left", "A Clockwork Orange", "Evil Dead" (both) , and "Demons". I watch those pretty frequently.

Gotta agree, leave off the Final Destinations and you got yourself a list.

Check out Phantasm, The Crazies, and Demons 2 for the hell of it...if you haven't already.
