Top 10 Goriest Movies Ever

Post your top 10! Heres mine

1. Dead Alive aka Braindead - Originally Unrated - Rated R (HeavilyCut) - (1992)
2. Bad Taste - Unrated - (1987)
3. Cannibal Holocaust - Originally X - Unrated in 1984 - (1980)
4. The Evil Dead - Originally Rated X - ReRated NC-17 in 1994 - (1981)
5. Ichi The Killer - Unrated - 2001
6. Guinea Pig Series 1985-1990
7. Cannibal Ferox - Unrated - 1981

I could only think of seven, but I believe in those 7 the movies that are the most banned are Cannibal Holocaust(holds record for most banned movie), Cannibal Ferox and Evil Dead.

Just mix up a few Herschell Gordon Lewis movies with some Stuart Gordon movies, and you'll have a pretty gory list...

ALL of Herschell's movies were banned in the beginning (that's what he was aiming for...the shock), and most of his movies are STILL banned in many countries...

To be perfectly honest, I personally think they're pretty tame, but I'm a bit desensitized and I can't think of ANYTHING that I could/would consider REALLY (overly) gory or shocking...But, I DO keep searching and hoping ;)

My favorite scene in that one is the lawnmower scene...The dinner scene is just gross...lol

My sister just had a baby that looks like a cross between the rat monkey and the zombie baby:eek: ...It has a HUGE mouth...Looks like it could swallow your entire head when it laughs...I saw it on Thanksgiving...Pretty freaky :D

Naked Blood and Aftermath would go well in your list.

in a way i'm always tempted to add Carpenter's The Thing to a list like this .. but no one does.
there are a couple of minutes of insane gore - but the aesthetic of the movie causes people to forget how gross it was in parts.
