Im sure all the regulars are tired of hearing me pimp this book, but I really dont care.

Fallen Angel by William Hjortzburg (sp?)

Its the ovel that the movie Angel Heart was based on...amazing movie, even better book. Either way, the ending is mindblowing.

Zombie by Joyce Caroll Oates is twisted all around, but the ending is extra squirmy. The Great Gatsby has a pretty twisted ending that leads up to what in my opinion is the greatest last page in American literature. The end of Salem's Lot is pretty twisted too. While it's not quite at the end, the Circe episode of Ulysses is remarkably twisted.
