I heard that the first thing this morning and I was surpised not surpised by the death penalty but by the hanging part. I did not know they still did this, wonder if they will show it on the news :confused:

I checked in on Witchvox today. If I hadn't been expecting the responses I think I might have been pissed. (They were responding to the news release of Hussein's fate; there isn't a forum). Of course they were bitching about the war and how it was a pack of lies, which is true, but like Trip said, at least something good came out of it. That would be the down fall of a genocidal asshole.

Then someone said that they did not support the death penalty under any circumstances. Generally I might concur in this country, because many innocent people have been executed due to shoddy investigations, unethical agendas, and so forth. However, this creature is a monster. We KNOW that what he'd been doing. The asshole took videos of his actions, thus incriminating himself. The people of Iraq were MORE than willing to say, "Yep, he's a piece of shit."

Here's the real pisser about some of the comments. One person had the gall to say that this was a US propaganda stunt. HAW!!!! Yeah, so. We (not just the US, but every country that lended a hand to vote this fuck off the planet, so a "collective WE") flushed a piece of shit down the toilet.
