Well there definately won't be a Freddy vs. Jason vs. Michael movie because the script is almost finished for Rob Zombie's Halloween.

As for a Freddy vs. Jason 2. It's a possibility, but it might be a while for a sequel.

I read an interview with Robert Englund awhile ago saying he wanted to do a prequal for NOES. I found this site it has a couple Different things about it http://www.bloody-disgusting.com/film/1108. I personally wouldn't want to see a FvJvM

"Twisted Brain" is, I believe, available under the title of "Horror High" in a box set called Horrible Horrors Volume 2. It's just as awesome as you remember it. One of my very favorite trashy horror films from the mid-70's. Satisfying and strangely thought-provoking graphic horror rendered in cheeseball style.

As in a previous reply, I imagine that it would be unlikely for freddy vs jason vs michael because of the Rob Zombie re-imagining of Halloween; however if you look on various sites, fangoria for example a couple of years back this was a frequent discussion, mainly straight after freddy vs jason; as to a freddy vs jason 2; there was stories that Ash from the evil dead series would be in it, or that one of the teenagers could be related in some way to Michael Myers, hence we could see Michael face off to Jason, with Freddy probably sitting in the background laughing his socks off!

If you look at the horror icons of the past few years, I think that the possibility of a sequel would be unlikely, as ultimately the series would become Freddy Vs series rather than the opposite, eg Freddy Vs Michael, ... Vs Leatherface... , VS CandyMan, Pinhead etc,

If you look at the storyline of Freddy Vs Jason; Freddy gets a killer to frighten the towns' young folk, so whoever Freddy came up against, it would be a simple retelling of the same story; now let me see ... ah yes, the reason why Michael goes nuts is because Freddy entered his dreams as a boy and everybody that Michael sees is actually Freddy, hence the reason he escapes from the hospital and goes back to Haddonfield, it was only to kill Freddy.

Hey maybe there's a story here after all ..... better copyright this quick.

I dont know much about this but I saw comics for Jason vs Leatherface, with the new texas chainsaw massacre films maybe this could be possible.

I think that question was answered somewhere else - Leatherface is still alive, while Jason has been dead for years. In the previous Friday's it has become well known that Jason is seemingly indestructible and impervious to weapons (apart from the beginning of Jason goes to hell, where he gets blown up). So unless Leatherface somehow follows suit I don't think it would last very long.

The same could, I suppose be said of Jason Vs Michael - both are seemingly unstoppable, as I have said in a previous post, there was mention of a Freddy Vs Jason Vs Michael, a while back, but the film would never have an ending - Jason stabs Michael, Michael falls down (dead), seconds later Michael gets up and stabs Jason, Jason falls down (even though we all know he isn't really dead), Jason gets up and stabs Michael and so on .... etc.

I would also think that this would mean a new direction for Michael, as in Halloween and its' sequels although Michael does stab people and occassionally slits their throat for good measure, the emphasis is on the ghostly, unstoppable menace - the boogeyman; his deaths are quick and fleeting, while Jason enjoys his work and Friday is more effects laden, with heaps of gore thrown in.

Also, dimension films are refusing to give the rights to Michael to make FvJvM. There was gonna be a Helloween : Michael vs Pinhead movie but the studio pulled the plug just before the script was made..

As for FvJ2, its an almost definate. There are also those rumours going around that Ash may make a cameo appearance. It was gonna include Michael for a short while but then rob zombie came upwith his horrible idea which has given me nightmares, about making his version of the original. Why remake a classic? Especially with someone else playing Loomis and Laurie.

I'm sure I read something about a nightmare on elm street prequal as well, or maybe it was just a dream......?
