Why didn't anybody tell me this anime is being remade into a live action flick directed by Ronny Yu?

I didn't know, but now I'm stoked! I love the anime.....it's so eerie....awesome. I guess now they're turning animes into live action and vice versa.....does anybody know what's happening with the Suspiria anime?

I liked Vampire hunter D better. Especially VHD: Bloodlust.

Why isn´t THAT being made into a live movie..:(

Give it time. I think there's a trend starting....

I'm with Olivia here. If Blood TLV does well, we'll be seeing more of this... I could see live action Vampire Hunter D films, live action Akira, live action Ninja Scroll, etc...

Also, a bit off topic, but has anyone checked out the Ichi the Killer: Episode Zero anime? I thought it was pretty bad ass.

I really didn't like Ichi 0, a lot of the animation and the music really let me down. It was ok, just not what I wanted it to be.

ive only seen one anime-to-movie kinda thing. Riki-oh. and it was so awesome.
