What's your favorite Tom Savini gore moment?

Mine's when he blew up his own head in Maniac. Shotgun to the face!!!

In Maniac where they cut open the womans head while she was still alive.

I think Savini is the best at making the gore seem real. Any death scene from Maniac makes me quiver.
