anyone else see any of this ?

segments of it were on the same web page as the MTV award Se7en parody shatner did.

god poor George Takei and all the gay jokes ..

he gave as good as he got though ..

shatner is actually a pretty funny guy ..

most of the old start trek cast is sharp as tacks. Shatner is a god when it comes to self parody. i dont know how anyone can not love him.

Have you seen Over the Hedge yet? His role is 100% self-parody, and I found him hilarious:D

i saw it - wasnt too keen on it - he was ok though

I've seen it 3 times now(comes on late when nothing else is on) and I laugh everytime.


Takei got it bad but Andy Dick is at all of the roasts and he just gets barraged with the gay jokes. God forbid they ever roast him.

the only ones I'd say were really funny were Betty White and George Takei. Other than that it was just the same jokes over and over again. "Oh, hey, Takei is so gay! So's Andy Dick! Shatner, you're BALD! And you're OLD! And you, whats-her-face, you're fat and ugly and like fucking black guys!"

Sure, White and Takei did some of that, too, but at least they were funny when they did them. I miss the NY Friar's Club

The Roast was ok.Like STE said....lots of the sos

I'll add that I thought Jason Alexander was kinda crappy. After the opening, which wasn't that long, all he had to do was throw a shot or two at the next roaster and he couldn't even do that well.

I'd agree. Something about Betty White being mean and a little blue....very funny......

The Drew carrey one back in the day was hilarious.
