Internet radio.
 

I just got a new compy in my office and a better net connection, so I can actually sit at work and listen to internet radio. So far, KNAC.com is the best one I've heard. They used to be an actual radio station in LA, but they got bought out. So they went all internet.

They play a huge selection of rock/metal. They play all of the old stuff like Ratt, Whitesnake & Faster Pussycat. They play a lot of new stuff like Disturbed & System of A Down. The greatest part is they mix in black & death metal. It's kind of crazy hearing Velvet Revolver & then Cattle Decapitation right afterwords. I love it!

What internet stations do you guys listen to?

I used to listen to doom-metal.com's radio, but it's been down for forever and a day. I don't even bother trying with that one anymore. Aside from that, I don't listen to any.

id love to get XM radio sometime so i could listen to Opey And Anthony!

Urge posted a link to Rue Morgue radio awhile back, I listened to that for awhile. Thought it was pretty cool.

I mainly use Shoutcast.They have a tons of stations to choose from.Then every now and again I use Yahoo's radio player casue I can skip songs I don't like.
