Regular addictions

What are those things that you have to do ona regular basis or you will lose your mind?

Me, I have to watch Hell's kitchen every monday (missed it last week, so I gots ta see both episodes this week)

the other is House. That show rules. Hugh Laurie has that sarcastic, acerbit wit down to an artform. Aside from the intelligent plots and good acting, it usually has me on the floor.

one of my favorite lines
"We think you have a parasitic infection.."
"That's impossible. i was tested for parasites and it came back negative."
"Okay, then it's cancer. Congradulations. Happy?"

Thats sounds a little more like OCD than an addiction, but we'll allow it :)

Vod, I completely agree with you with regard to House. I love that show and try not to miss it. Hugh Laurie is great. But then, he's usually great in everything he does! And he also does a damn good American accent.

No kidding. It was funny when my wife realized that he played the daad in the Stuart Little movies. She said, and I quote:

"Hey, he's Mr Little! Mr little is an asshole"

If you've never seen Emma Thompson's Sense and Sensibility, rent it right now! Hugh Laurie has a fantastic part. Had me rolling on the floor!

He is a God when it comes to deadpan.

I also loved "wilson, I know you're in there. i can hear you caring."

one of the best ones was theteenage supermodel episode.

***Spoiler Alert***

Child protective services was going to be called on the girl's dad because they knew he had had sex with her, but she turned out to be a hormonally imbalanced he. House tells them not to bother.

Cameron: We have to make sure he doesnt pose a threat to her anymore.
House: He doesnt. Before, it was sexy. Now it's just creepy.

I think that one comes on tomorrow. i cant wait :)

I smoke cigarettes still. I quit for a year and a half when I was pregnant with Mordecai, but I was weak and started again. I'm currently (as always) in the process of quitting, and I'm down to four a day. I also like to go drink beer and do karaoke every Thursday, which guarantees a nonproductive day on Friday.

My other addictions include reading everything I can get my hands on, smoking pot, and treasure hunting in the local rivers.
The other day I actually found a man's wedding ring, a set of car keys, a tire jack, and a piece of iron pyrite the size of my fist.
No gold yet:(

I have absolutely NO addictions.

wait....does beer count?
