i really hate cooking bacon. every time i do i get a blister from the grease. so, i had to make bacon tonight and i'm taking out my pain on you guys. please don't leave me hangin.


this thread is here so everyone can post what, where, who, etc.

even if that person is me for making this thread.

if anyone hates me though i just might cry.:( :( :(

Try cooking bacon in the nude. It's an experience you'll never forget! :eek:

You might try the microwave next time,with a little pratice bacon turns out as nice or better than panfried and no burns.;)

Why were you cooking bacon naked by the way? one of those nights huh?

Microwaving bacon is actually one of the best methods.
It's quick, no splatter, and actually just about the most fat free way of having your bacon without quality loss. You can time it for just how you like it too, but yeah...practise.
Or, you could just get a mesh shield for your frypan, and attempt to cook it on a slightly lower temperature. Usually only REALLY spits when the heat is too high.

It was during the day actually. I was at home, hanging out with no clothes on and felt like having some bacon and eggs.
