Is No. 2 The Seven Faces of Dr Lao?

I think this is it - Tony Randall plays a Chinese man with a travelling circus, and his exhibits include the Medusa, a fortune teller, I think Merlin is also there...

Anyway, if this is it, it is available on DVD for your viewing pleasure.

the 2nd one def sounds like "Seven Faces of Dr.Lao"...the dragon growing out of the water sounds like the goldfish in the bowl monster...I think Randall played eight roles in that one, not sure...I just remember that the effects were done by Ray Harryhausen and a comment at end which referred to the entire world as a circus...

the 1st one sounds like Thought Crimes...although I m not sure...

you guys are right beyond a shadow of a doubt - the 1st one is 7 Faces ... its one of my favorite movies.
Borrows a lot from Something Wicked This Way Comes but still a great movie.

did it happen in an old apartment building .. and was there something about a body in a bathtub ?

a movie is coming to mind and the title has something to do with the room number of the apartment

Theres an artist guy that is working on a bust in an upstairs bedroom. The artist is hearing voices in his head telling him to do things and stuff. The cops come to the house for whatever reason and see blood on the floor and trace it all the way upstairs and find a knife in the eye of the bust with blood dripping from it. Something happens and the room catches on fire and you can see the outline of a man screaming and twisting about in the flames. Not sure if this movie was color or not, but it was pretty old.

2:
This movie is about this traveling freakshow that he has things like the real Medusa and a small dragon. The Medusa gets mad when someone looks at her and starts turning everyone into stone. The dragon is pulled out of the fishbowl full of water and grows big. The old man running the show has to do a rain spell to make it rain so the dragon will shrink back down.

Thanks for your time. My parents are wanting to see these again. My mom saw the first when she was real little at a drive in theater. My dad saw the other one on tv back in the late 80's to early 90's.
