Anyone a fan of Opeth out there? I just picked out their latest album Ghosts Of Revises - It is fucking quality.

Good band, but terribly overrated. The latest album in particular was a disappointment to me. For something similar (but better, in my opinion) check out the band Agalloch.

love opeth :) also just picked up the new tool album.........

The first two Opeth albums are great, I didnt like much after that.

Definatly check out Agalloch. Awesome band.

I am a big fan.

I've been listening to them for quite some time now, I like their slower stuff, like Damnation.

I wouldn't say they're terribly overrated, there are a lot of people who put them up on a pedestal, but admittedly, Akerfeldt's vocals, especially his transitions are amazing.

I love Morningrise. One of my all time favourite albums... Good band, but i don't very much liked most of their songs. I hanen't listened Ghost Reveries yet though...
