Some people accidentally send the same message twice...Maybe they click send again if the message doesn't go fast enough...Whatever happens, it is assumed that a 60 second delay may help to keep the second message from going...There is a delay on how fast you can make a post, too...But, we still get plenty of accidental double posts

sorry - i was just kidding - i actually tried to post that "i don't get it" comment twice, but apparently it wouldn't let me duplicate my own post. . . uhm, ha ha, uhm
