hello im new here i used to be a member of a diffrent forum they said i had bad grammer and banned me so im hoping i can meet decent people here

Use good grammar if you CAN, but you don't have to. But be nice, never spam, sarch for threads before you make them, etc, and you'll fit in just fine, Welcome.
