The Picture On The Cover Reeled Me In...But The Movie Sucked
 

I know there are TONS of movies like this...Has anyone else been taken in by some really cool cover art, thinking it's gonna be a pretty good movie, then found out the cover on the case was WAY better than anything actually IN the movie?

Dead Birds is the first one that comes to mind for me....I mean I guess it wasn't TOO bad...But, I was expecting so much more...



Also..What about understated cover art...The movie was so much better than you thought it would be, and it should have had a much better picture on the cover to get the attention it deserves?

Saw...

tons of modern horrors, like, almost all of them.

Deep Blue Sea has one of my favorite covers, but i think that was a decent movie.

Side FX is another bad movie with a cool cover

I agree. I think the cover for what lies beneath was cool, just cause it was so plain, but it sucked.

HaHa...I'd say that one was a bit 'understated'...Looks like a cheesy workout video

Unfortunatley...Both the 'workout' image, and the actual title of the film...Made me think of Richard Simmons...*cringes*
