My computer smells like burning
 

What do I do??? :confused:

is it in the oven? I know everytime i put my laptop in the oven -and then put the broiler on - it starts to smell likes its burning

It mighyt be your computer fan, (that noise your computer makes, the humming one) sometimes they either don't work, or over work, causing stuff to heat up. Not sure about the burning, might want to check that out or you might end up like the teacher from final destination.

You didn't do any overclocking did you? Besides your fan check your powersource.

is it your computer or your monitor?

AKS, I suggest pouring some water in any open holes. If something's burning, that water'll put it out.

EDIT: And now that I read what everyone said AFTER my post.... I just seem like an idiot.
