X2 Production fuck-up?

I've just watched x-men 1 & 2 today...I have the standard editions of both.
While watching X2, I saw something that I remember seeing before, but it's got me wondering...there's a scene at frame
1:24:18 when the improsoned children are looking up through the grating to see Storm...it looks as though you see a "ghost" of nightcrawler standing there in the middle of them. Ok, so in the next scene on the same setting, he teleports out of that very spot so I guess that's why the figure was superimposed there in the first place, but you'd think they'd have cleared that up before releasing the dvd...

Has anyone else got this weirdness going on with their copy?

I know the part your referring to,it's quite noticable on the dvd.I don't recall seeing it at the theater but there again I'm not looking for editing flaws either. They must've figured Nightcrawler would'nt read in the final print, that or it's a editing screw-up.
