Poo-Nuts
 

Lately I have been saying "Poo-nuts!" a lot, it is my new replacement for saying "Aw, crap!" or "Sonofabitch!" And its much better really. I'm talking about when something minor happens, like, say, you spill your drink on the carpet or the cat claws a shirt that you like and makes a claw-hole, you say, "Poo-nuts!" or maybe "Oh, POO-NUTS" and it makes the misfortune sound funny and then you feel better. It's kinda like saying "Peanuts" but it's "Poo-nuts." Try it you will see it works

I was fixing myself a bowl of cereal and accidently spilled a little milk.Instead of swearing I said poo-nuts, It worked I felt so much better. :)

my friend in Kansas says he never heard ''bollocks'' before i said it, is it just a British word?

yep - i had to ask someone what it meant when i lived in the uk

(at the very least they don't say it in Kansas - they only say "gosh darnit" and "dadgumit")

lol, my friend was running around yelling it at every opportunity, it took months for the novelty to wear off!
