Woman's arm getting cooked

I am looking for the title of a '80s movie involving a scene where a woman's arm is trapped either in an oven or a microwave and gets cooked. I remember the woman screaming her lungs out (of course) but the rest of the movie is pretty vague.

I would appreciate for a title, even though my details are pretty vague. I think the movie involved people getting trapped in a mall, or where appliances went evil and attacked people. Not sure though.

Thanks.

I don't think it's Maximum Overdrive. After discussing with my girlfriend, we think the movie is about people trapped in a house where the appliances go crazy. It's very hazy because it's a scene we remember from a movie we saw when we were kids and now trying to find it again because it left such an impression on us.

Could be a film called Pulse, its about intelligent and malevolent pulse of electricity(!!!) that goes from house to house doing nastiness to the occupents by manipulating the appliances.

That sounds more like it. Thanks, I'll check it out!
