A quick question
 

Right.....hi guys.

This question is not directed at anyone in particular or about certain people but.... after reading a few of the posts on this forum today, some posts and replies are obviously people trying to impress others so they come up with some 'overly detailed' (obviously taken from other peoples websites or bloody dictionary definitions) contributions to the conversations. It's just so obvious that these people are fake when you look at the other posts they make.

So my question is.....

As a percentage, how many members of this forum do you think are not genuine (i.e. full of shit)?

My guess is about 50%. Based on the fact that I know and respect a number of member's views here but I can tell the bullshitters a mile off.

What are your estimations.....

I'd be more optimistic, I'll say about 30%. I can think of three or four in particular that are full of shit, but I think for the most part folks 'round these here parts aren't fake.

Haha... I think I just read the post you're referring to, and I'll agree with you on that.

Shit....dont say that. I'm talking about a number of posts i've read over the last few weeks and i've just been reading some of them and they make me laugh they're so bloody unreal.

I repeat.....this is not directly aimed at anyone in particular.

I'll just give you a random example of what i'm talking about.....

Post 1. I'm off to South Africa soon on holiday. etc etc.

Bulshit reply. Oh I love South Africa. I especially love the fact that the population is 44.8million and the birth rate is 33.58 births/1,000 population. But the most suprising this to me was that it covers 1,219,912 sq km. I haven't got this from a website.....honest.

Oh yeah.....by the way, here's my picture (insert a pic of Jonny Depp). This is me on a bad day. And here's the Mrs....(choose a good pic). etc etc.

Ah, I remember a couple of the photo ones. It used to be a lot worse when we had the Post a Pic of Yourself 2.0 thread...

Yeah tell me about it. Some of the photos had people who looked like models in them. But i'm not really talking bout the photos more the things people type.
