Looking for the name of another movie... this one should be easy.
 

Ok, I don't know why I can't remember because I loved this movie and it's on the tip of my tongue but here we go. It was a zombie like movie where the military created these things as weapons. Two teenagers found out about them by taking a corpse. Now I don't think I'm mixing two movies and there was this scene in a barn where this thing was attacking and nobody could kill it, they froze it and the creature made it's body temp. rise to melt the ice. Weird, I remember so many scene which I think are all from this movie but CAN'T REMEMBER THE NAME!

Return of the Living Dead 3 maybe..... don't know about that barn thing tho.

No it was about a zombie like creature created by the government and the barn scene was great because it was the military people who froze the creature. I think (and this may be another movie mixed up in my tired head) that there are military people looking for the zombie when they drive by a diner and in the diner these "zombies" are just tearing people up. One zombie combs his hair all semi-elvis like too. God, maybe I'm dreaming.

Well...part of your description sounds like "Night of the Creeps" and part sounds like "CHUD 2: Bud the Chud."

Defintley not Night Of The Creeps. Haven't checked out C.H.U.D 2 yet. I always see it cheap on VHS, might have to pick me up a copy.
