The Station Hotel, dudley, midlands. I say no more. Ring em, book a night in room 214, bring a didgital video camera with night vision and have the best night for ghost hunting.
Me and some freinds have been twice and have not come away empty handed either times. Guaranteed orb action, with high percentage of physical evidence and even visual manifestation - i did.

I dont work for them by the way. And if you get the chance get down into the cellar were it all happened.
If anyone has any more sites please let me know as i have a couple more we visited.
