I want to know if anyone can tell me the name of this movie. I know its not current(somewhere between 1979-1990. Its about children or teenagers who are able to burn things with their hands. Their finger tips are purple and the only way to kill them is to chop off their hands. They kill a drunk and a dog. This is all my friend can remember. Thanks
