Difficult Ethical Question...What Would You Do?
 

Let's pretend for a moment, that there was a zombie outbreak......Your child/parent/sibling/lover has been bitten and infected, yet they are not dead...You KNOW they will turn...You KNOW they will have to be killed (and so do they, so they have BEGGED you not to allow them to become one of the walking dead)...Could YOU kill them?...Would you stop everyone else from killing them?...Or would you just let them turn and eat you because you just couldn't see them killed?

Well, I would want to avoid the question, like a lot of people, I think. But I would say,

"Look, folks, we should tie 'em up or something, or glue their hands to the floor with Duco cement, or something, so when they turn into a zombie, as horrible as it is to think about, we can take a moment and just try to relax, have a breather, and deal with this in a non-stressful way. Meaning, let's not have this discussion while dealing with a flesh-eating ravenous ghoul thing that's trying to kill us. Thank you."

Well, personally...If it were MY kids...I'd just let 'em kill me...I wouldn't wanna live without 'em anyway...

If you can't live without them, then kill the little shits and then shoot yourself, its better then letting them become zombies... Thats what I'd do.

Don't know what I'd do if I had kids, but anyone else I'd rather have SOMEONE else kill them before they became a heartless, mindless, piece of shit like that. I couldn't do it.....I'd rather have a dead relative than an undead one. Even if I would let em turn, it wouldn't be "them" in there anyways.

That's pretty much what my daughter said...She'd kill them, and then kill herself...

I'm with Marroe, if it was one of my family members I'd have someone else kill them.

Although if worse came to worse and the family member turned, then attacked me... yeah, I'd probably put em' down. I don't wanna die.

Id do as they asked. If they wanted to be killed before they turned, so be it. It'd be hard, but Id shoot 'em square between the eyes of thats what they wanted.

i couldnt kill them while they are alive - they'll turn anyway once they die ...so you'd have to kill them twice
