Crap, forgotten tittle

I was at Best Buy tonight and saw this cool lookin movie. It said it was really gorey and gorehounds would love it ect ect. But I cant remember the title. Now, its about some guy in an asylum and such. some killing spree happens for revenge or somethin. (Im being really veage about this sorry) Anyways its from britan. So if anyone has a clue to what its called, please tell me. Oh, and the catch phrase was "Its not who dies...Its how they die."
