i just dont think they know any better.

as a matter of fact just last night i read a book to my kid by JEan Little about a little pig who grew up in the city.
She wanted to meet her grandpa so she travelled to the country to the farm her grandfather lived on and was astounded that all the animals were naked (they wear clothes in the city)
and that they ate slop and played in shit. (the book called it manure)

she went back home to her nice food and clean clothes, and shitless existance.

So this fine book wholely supports my theory.

sort of along the same lines.... years ago we wnt family camping on a farm, every morning to get to the shower rooms whe had to walk past lots of stys, stunk like hell. we collected up loads of rotten apples in the filed near by and chucked em in the pens, these pigs couldn't get enough of these rotten old apples... they were like starving men fighting for a plate of chips.

we had a better idea one afternoon, there was a huge patch of stingign nettles round the side of the pens... thses things stink like hell if you brush agains em, any way we found some leather gloves in a shed a ripped up some of the logest nettles, then dangled them in the pens... the silly fuckers were munching on em like there was no tomorrow.. me and my younger bro were literaly 'rolling on the floor laughing out loud'

some animals like those nettles .. they have tough mouths that let then eat without getting stung ..

as far as piggies go .. they make excellent pets .. i think George Clooney has one ..
